What we do

Current projects

We are currently engaged on the following mandates.

• Advising a leading international main contractor on a major healthcare project in Dublin, as part of a multi-disciplinary advisory team. Our role has predominantly been to prepare and prosecute a series of adjudications.
• Assisting a leading Irish main contractor's commercial team to risk-assess a major healthcare project in Dublin at pre-contract stage, and supporting its engagement with the intended client on enabling works and design development.
• Providing strategic advice to a leading Irish main contractor regarding final-account and claims positioning on a power-generation project in Dublin.
• Providing disputes-related advice to a leading Irish main contractor on a multi-site PPP project, working in partnership with external counsel procured directly by the client.
• Assisting an RC sub-contractor to obtain and enforce an adjudication award on a pharma project in Munster, working alongside the client’s contracts advisor and expert QS, and external counsel sourced by Cathedral Risk. (This mandate is now complete.)
• Advising a Northern Irish MEP sub-contractor on final-account negotiations in the context of a data centre project in Dublin.
• Providing contract-negotiation support and ad hoc advice to a rapidly-growing Irish main contractor on various public and private projects.
• Supporting a leading international main contractor and its local JV partners on educational projects in Dublin. We answer discrete queries in the context of one second-level project that is approaching substantial-completion stage. We provide conciliation support in the context of another third-level project, working with a specialist external consultant procured by the client.
• Assisting a leading Irish main contractor to negotiate the contract for a destination-hotel project in Munster.
