Please note that Cathedral Risk is a private company limited by shares. It is not a firm of solicitors or other legal partnership (as that term is defined in Irish law).

Cathedral Risk provides risk-advisory and strategic advice to clients to help limit their commercial risk - including in the context of legal and legal-adjacent proceedings. Cathedral Risk does not provide legal representation in formal legal proceedings.

Enda O'Keeffe was called to the Irish Bar in 2008, but did not practise as a barrister. He joined the construction and engineering team of a leading commercial law firm in the same year. Enda cross-qualified as a solicitor and was added to the Roll of Solicitors in 2012.

Enda does not currently practise as an engineer, a barrister, or a solicitor.

Statement of AI use

Generative AI tools were used to assist in developing the code for this website, the hero images (but not the company logo or broader branding), and aspects of the site copy. All design and final editorial decisions were made by Cathedral Risk.
